      ALL MODS
      Description
      Teamwork: Willing to share the work and help fellow mods if possible; help troubleshoot problems if possible; help check over social, documents, Discord, contributors to ensure all information is correct and up-to-date.Communication: Participates in discussions and decisions often on Discord; notifies any availability changes.Task Schedule: Checks task schedule regularly for designated tasks; completes tasks in a timely manner; edits/provides suggestions/notes any missing tasks to task schedule.Contributors & Environment: Interact with them and support them by answering/helping out with their questions/concerns, and creating a comfortable, fun, warm environment.

      Assets:
      Over 18 (Ideal): I would like to consider the possibility of NSFW content.Don't be a nasty: homophobia, NSFW of minors, racism, etc. is prohibited. Kindess and respect is also very much appreciated.Zine Exp (asset): have contributed to fashion zines.Fashion Knowledge (Ideal): terminology and different fashion styles in order to help use creative wordplay, in-theme terminology and images throughout our platforms.Haikyuu Knowledge: Read time-skip (mandatory), knows Haikyuu fandom creators (asset).Tools Knowledge (mandatory): Can comfortably / Is willing to help manage Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.), Discord, Carrd.Template (asset): Have some to share.

      SOCIAL MEDIA POSITIONS
      Description
      Platforms: Will manage Tumblr, Twitter (+ Curiouscat), and/or Instagram.Brand/Theme: Work closely with graphic designer on maintaining brand.Regular Check-ups: Make sure all platforms have up-to-date information that is the same across all platforms.Marketing Schedule: has fun and engaging events for the audience that keeps socials active; create and share with mod crew.Organisation: Keep posts organized and easy to find using pin feature, tags, moment albums, threads, etc.Spreading the Word: Tags zine promo blogs, posts in servers ; researches further ways to promote the zine.
      Assets
      Platform Experience (mandatory): using the platform you're applying for, whether for personal use or professional ; knows various features of the platform.Creativity (mandatory): Can create posts that are not just cookie cutter, but aesthetically pleasing, unique to us, and fun to read, whilst being well informed.Special Promotions Experience (asset): Hosting contests, perhaps even exchanges or Fandom weeks!Graphic Designing (asset): Some knowledge and experience to either help GD create graphics or discuss dimensionsand such.
      CONTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
      Description
      Liaison: In charge of one or more contributor groups (writer, artist, or merch); represents that group to the mod crew - is thus able to provide suggestions/perspectives to the mod crew that may benefit/help the contributor group(s) they are in charge of.Communication: Communicate updates pertaining to the specific contributor group ion Discord ; relay any questions/concerns/updates with the mod crew; provide feedback/beta reads for check-ins as needed.Check-ins: Keep track of their progress, ensure they are following guidelines, contacts them if there are any issues.Voting: Will provide knowledge on who best to accept.Assets:
      Portfolio (mandatory): provide examples of pieces relevant to your contributor group (illustrations, writing, merch). Knowledge (mandatory): How specs/dimensions work for their respective contributor group(s), ; relevant terminology.Experience (ideal): As a contributor or someone who have used templates and followed specs guidelines.

      GRAPHIC DESIGNER POSITION
      Description:
      Brand/Theme: Work closely with formatting mod to create the look (color scheme, font, logo/icons, etc.)..Promotional Graphics: Will provide brand graphics (icon, header, footer with socials) and promotional graphics; work closely with social media mod(s) to maintain brand on socials.Communication graphics and storefront graphics: Work closely with Humanbob to create graphics for forms, schedule graphic, and so on, along with bundle graphics and such.Assets:
      Portfolio (mandatory): Please link your graphics/art that best displays the style you’ll want to use for this zine, so I can get an idea of what it’ll be like!Schedule (mandatory): Ability to provide graphics a little in advance of the noted schedule for other mods to check.Experience (ideal): Worked with lookbooks/fashion; designed before, whether for zines or for sales or such.GIFs/Animations (asset): Can create.Social Media Dimensions (asset): knows the different dimensions of each platform in order to maximize the view of the graphics.
      LAYOUT POSITION
      Description
      Zine/Merch specs: Work closely with finance mod to determine specs and dimensions of all products in the project.Zine: Determine organisation of the lookbook, have a creative look, etc; Prepare zine PDF draft for proofreading; collect feedback and make corrections for production.Contributors: Check over files and make/request corrections if necessary before production.
      Assets
      Fixing Files (mandatory): Be able to fix contributor's files if needed.GDrive (mandatory): Be able to navigate and use well.Templates (mandatory): Be able to provide if necessary, or know where to find them.Experience (ideal): Worked on a fashion book before.
      SHIPPING POSITION
      Description:
      Production: Work closely with finance mod to budget and find good suppliers; review inspect products to ensure quality and relay info to mods.Updates: Provide preview pictures of products upon arrival to post on socials; provide and update regularly an estimated timeline of arrival and shipping.Package and Ship: complete in a timely manner.
      Assets:
      Experience (mandatory): Minimum one zine you shipped is completed or nearing completion or real-life experiences.Knowledge (mandatory): Should know what packaging materials to buy and where; know services that make shipping affordable; suppliersPortfolio (ideal): Pictures showing project you have previously shipped.Shipping Date (ideal): Is able to ship sometime between September - December 2021.Pictures (asset): Take aesthetically pleasing images.

      Q. What is a zine?
      A. A zine is a fan-created, non-official publication dedicated to a specific genre typically read by other fans who have similar interests. It can contain short stories and pieces of artwork.


      CONTENT
      Q. Aren't there already some fashion zines in progress?
      A. Yes! From what I know, there is the Habia Fashion Zine, the Captain Stylish Zine, Shiratorizawa Fashion Zine (completed), and Fly High Zine (although I'm not sure if they cancelled midway? Because I don't see any of their socials or information on them anymore). I belive my project is fairly different from them, as it is a lookbook. Theme is also TBD, so we can still further differentiate ourselves from the others.
      Q. What fashion styles will be in it? What characters?
      A. TBD! You will have a chance at voting/suggesting in the interest survey after mod apps :)
